Yewande got dumped form the Love Island villa on Monday evening, after Danny chose to recouple with new girl Arabella.
Following her eviction, the scientist has now revealed how Danny “broke her heart.”
Speaking to MailOnline and other publications, the ITV2 star revealed: “Danny broke my heart.
“It was hard for me to open up to him in there, and I fully trusted him. And he has just thrown that in my face.
“That really hurt. But I guess you live and you learn.”
Clearly worried about seeing Danny and Arabella’s romance blossom on screen, she revealed it’s going to be hard to handle watching from the outside world.
“Being in the villa and seeing them get on was upsetting. I just can’t handle it,” she emotionally stated.
Before continuing: “It’s going to be hard. It’s like watching your ex.
“It’s all just really upsetting. And I’ve thought about it, and it’s just really going to be hard to watch.”
Following her eviction yesterday, Yewande revealed she did not think Danny and Arabella will work, confirming: “I feel like if he does get to know her, it’s not going to work.
“There are so many factors – they’re so different, and the age gap. You have to be realistic.
“He’s just starting his life – he’s only 21. They are in two different phases of their lives. In the villa, it’s very easy to forget.”
Love Island continues at 9pm on ITV2.
