Anton Danyluk has tried his luck with Anna Vilki following Shanik Lanre’s shock exit yesterday – who Anna was coupled up with.
Despite making his affections for Molly-Mae Hague clear, it appears the Scotsman is now ready to turn his attention back on the brunette reality star.
Waisting no time, Anton pulls Anna to one side for a chat – where he tries his best to woo her with his words.
Speaking to her on the sofas, he exclaimed: “You look amazing tonight as always. You know I value you so much in here. You’re my favourite girl in here.”
Anton added “Obviously Molly has come in and she is very much my type. You know that. I don’t want you to feel like you’re vulnerable in here. As long as I’m in here, I’ve got your back.”
Anna replied: “Thank you babe. Obviously, I want you to find someone.”
Digging a hole, Anton continued: “As much as Molly is my type, she’s beautiful from the outside-in, you’re beautiful on the inside and out. You’re not necessarily my absolute type on paper but Molly, who is someone who is my type, I still wouldn’t want to be with someone like that.”
Following their conversation, Anna was left disgruntled revealing in the beach hut she wasn’t sure if she should take Anton’s words as a compliment or not.
And speaking to her co-stars Yewande, Amy and Amber, the girls then branded him a “fool.”
Taking it upon themselves to sort things out between the pair, Michael and Amber spoke to Anton.
Questioning Anton over his choice of words, Amber chimed: “Why did you go over and say ‘Molly-Mae is my type, that is what I want appearance wise but personality-wise you [Anna]’?”
With Michael added: “You didn’t think when you spoke.”
Poor Anton is genuinely perplexed, and reveals he “didn’t mean it like that.”
Michael says “It’s a bad way to put it across to her.”
Confused, Anton confirmed he though the chat had gone well, before exclaiming he was “starting to realise” why he is having difficulty getting girls in the villa.
Love Island continues on at 9pm on ITV2.
