  1. Had a stressful afternoon dealing with some stuff and this practice helped me to calm down. Thank you so much! I will definitely be watching this video again if I find that I need just a little time to stretch, breathe and focus.

  2. Thanks for the nice morning stretching. I feel much nicer now, but I realized I'm really stiff. Some moves were a little challenging in the early morning.

  3. At the end of the video when you say choose the light, let it go! I laughed and cried a little.. I have something to let go from my childhood that causes anxiety, this helps me, thank you Adriene ✨

  4. The alternate nostril breathing was a great way to start this practice! I still feel stressed, but not quite as overwhelmingly so. Thank you!

  5. Can someone please clarify Yoga for me. Does yoga mean a form of worship to a deity ? I want to know if me as a Christian can partake in it cos i would like to, thanks.

  6. Got fired from my teaching job (in Korea) which I felt secure and reasonably confident in. It destroyed my self esteem after they spent an entire hour telling me everything I sucked at (true story). Starting a new teaching job tomorrow and so terribly anxious and not feeling confident or competent at all. I need this video.

  7. Thanks for share Adriene. There are many techniques you can use to try to calm your anxiety. You can choose practicing deep breathing, doing yoga or even Tai chi or taking meditation in order to relieve tension and restlessness and be calming as well. Pаrtісіраting in these асtіvіtіеѕ can hеlр in bringing a саlmіng аnd relaxing effect tо your bоdу and keeping anxiety аt bау.

  8. Words cannot describe how much this video helps me every week. You are absolutely amazing and I just want to say, from the bottom of my heart, thank you so so much.
