The trainer then added emojis of palm trees, a winking face and a thumbs-up.

Kobi won’t be the first Miss GB to join the show, after Zara Holland was a contestant back in 2016.

The TV star infamously lost her crown and was stripped of her title after having sex with Alex Bowen on TV.

In a statement issued, Miss Great Britain organisers said at the time: “We feel we have no choice but to make this decision under the current circumstances.

“Although Miss Great Britain is the oldest pageant system in the UK, we pride ourselves on promoting the positivity of pageants in modern society and this includes the promotion of a strong, positive, female role model in our winners.”

Love Island returns June 3 on ITV2.
