DIY Small Bathroom Makeover

This was a process and a half but honestly, couldn’t have done it without my dad. This was a MAJOR learning lesson for me and I’m happy I get to share my dad and I’s first room transformation together since I was his power tool assistant from 5-16 years old. Thank you to Home Depot for sponsoring this makeover – I am completely in awe that I am able to give back to my parent’s by making over the bathroom that shared all the awkward high school years xx.

  1. It looks awesome 👏🏻👏🏻
Only one thing… the glass lights above the mirror, they are facing up woods, dust is going to collect inside of them. I’m a lot older than what your dad looks and I am passed the age of climbing ladders to take things down off the wall to clean lol. If they were the other way it would be just a case of feather dusting them over.

  2. Yes, the bathroom is pretty. But thinking in terms of functionality… Where are the parents supposed to put all their stuff that they normally use? There is no space provided for that… They'll have to get rid of the decorations in order to use the shelves and the bathroom won't look so pretty after that.
