Celebs Go Dating star Nadia Essex ‘in talks to join Strictly line-up’

Former Celebs Go Dating star Nadia Essex is being lined up to join Strictly Come Dancing, an insider has told OK! online. 

The 37 year old could be in the running to join the line-up of the BBC One show, with it being claimed that her professional partner has already been selected.

Nadia could be joining the likes of other TV personalities Dani Dyer, 22, and Rylan Clark-Neal, 30, who are also both believed to be in talks to join the show.

Our insider says: “Nadia hasn’t really done any TV since she quit Celebs Go Dating, but she’s in talks now to get her dancing shoes on.

“She’s extremely tiny so if she does get on to the show it’s likely she’ll be paired with AJ Pritchard as he’s one of the smaller male dancers.”

With months to go before the line-up for the show is announced, bookies are already taking bets on Love Island winner Dani to lift the glitter ball trophy come December.

Coral’s Harry Aitkenhead said: “Dani’s split from Jack isn’t going to take her off our screens at all and we think that a place on Strictly 2019 could be the perfect next step for the Love Island star.

“We’ve slashed the odds on her joining the class of 2019 and also make her just an 8/1 chance to lift the Glitterball Trophy.”

The X Factor star Rylan has been dropping big hints about his possible inclusion in the show.

Former England football manager Sam Allardyce is also understood to have held talks with Strictly Bosses about him appearing on the BBC’s flagship show later this year.

As it stands the only confirmed entry for this year’s Strictly Come Dancing in radio DJ Chris Evans.

A spokesperson for Strictly Come Dancing previously told OK! online: “We don’t comment on speculation and the line-up will be announced in due course.”
