Josie Gibson has revealed she’s lost a whopping two stone in just 12 weeks by looking at old photos of herself as inspiration to shed weight and with the help of a new fitness plan.
The Big Brother star, 34, who welcomed her first child Reggie James last year, has opened up on going from a size 20 to a size 12 in three weeks.
Revealing the secrets behind her weight loss, the new mum revealed what motivated her to overhaul her lifestyle.
Speaking to Celebrity Secrets magazine, she said: “Take weekly pictures of your changing shape! Whenever I needed a boost, I’d just scroll back through my phone to see how far I’d come.”
Josie explained that while she was pregnant with her little boy she put on a four-and-a-half stone, saying: “I craved carbs – I’d eat bread for breakfast, lunch and dinner if I could!
“Cooking big meals and serving monster portions was my downfall, and because I was pregnant, I kept thinking I was allowed to.”
Josie added that her weight gain had caused her health concerns, with the star saying: “Most of my weight goes to my bottom half, so I was getting aches and pains in my knees and legs.
“This made moving about day-to-day quite hard. I was also in danger of slipping back into diabetic territory.
Josie is now on a diet and exercise programme with musclefood.com’s Do The Unthinkable which encourages her, but revealed her portion sizes were her biggest downfall.

“On my days off I’ll still treat myself to my favourite curry, but I don’t want to snack on crisps or anything heavy,” she said.
“I always ate good food before my pregnancy, but it was my portion sizes hat were ridiculous. I was eating the same as Terry [Reggie’s dad] but he had a physical job so managed to work it all off.”
