Strictly Come Dancing hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman have addressed rumours surrounding the 2019 line-up, with Phillip Schofield convinced they confirmed two names.
The duo appeared to hint whether two potential names for the series were confirmed on This Morning.
Radio host Chris Evans recently revealed he was taking part, with BBC newsreader Huw Edwards also tipped.
But ahead of confirmation from the BBC, Tess and Claudia were left to answer whether fans could see both men on the show when it returns later this year.
Asked by Phil and co-host Holly Willoughby about Huw, he claimed he saw Claudia blinking when quizzed.
While he took this as a sign that Huw was confirmed, she joked it was actually because she was “in love with him”.
She was then forced to claim that she didn’t know anyone on the line-up, because producers keep the names from her after she leaked the list one year.
Claudia explained that she was in a lift at the BBC studios having just been secretly told the line-up for that year, only for her to spill every name to a mystery person.
Now, Tess’ pal is no longer allowed to know anyone taking part ahead of the reveal to press, she claimed.
This didn’t stop Phil and Holly speculating that the ladies had majorly hinted both Chris and Huw were involved.
Meanwhile, Tess and Claudia did appear to confirm talks were already taking place ahead of the next series.
While not confirming whether or not Chris was going to be on the show, both presenters agreed he would be a “fantastic” signing for the show.
This Morning continues every day except for Saturday at 10:30am on ITV.
