Dr Pimple Popper is back with another dose of vomit-inducing pimple popping.
Amongst the many patients she has to see on Thursday night’s episode are sisters Cheri and Janice.
The pair have plenty of things in common, including almost matching lumps on their arms.
The sisters have a sense of pride in their matching bumps and say: “We have a lot in common, but one of the biggest things we have in common are these beautiful little lipomas.”
But enough is enough, and after years of being plagued by the bumps, the sisters want them removed.
While Janice’s diagnosis is pretty straightforward, Dr Sandra Lee has a surprise in store when she breaks the news to Cheri that her lump might not be a lipoma after all.
“This might not be a lipoma,” Dr Lee says when examining Cheri.
“A lot of skin conditions are hereditary, and because Janice and Chari are sisters you might want to assume that they have the same kind of bump.
“However, in this case I’m not going to know until I open them up.”
Finally putting the sisters under the knife, Janice’s lipoma removal is a rousing success, and she’s given a new lease of life.
But the truth is revealed to Cheri when Dr Lee cuts into her lump and a disgusting flood of 15-year-old pus pours out of her arm, confirming that Cheri’s lump is a cyst and not a lipoma after all.
You can watch the gruesome discovery when Dr Pimple Popper airs Thursday at 9pm exclusively on TLC.
