Gorgeous presenter Rochelle Humes has opened up on having a stutter as a child – saying it helped her to get into her chosen career.
The 29 year old former The Saturday’s singer, who is married to Marvin Humes, explained that she was sent by her mother to a musical theatre group in her early years, as a speech therapist said it would help with her speech impediment.
Revealing the positive experience, Rochelle told Cosmopolitan: “I was one of those kids who would hide behind their mum’s legs.

“I had a stutter and, what’s funny is, my mum sent me to a musical theatre group as I’d been in speech therapy and they’d said it would help.”
Rochelle then joined TV pop act S Club Juniors in 2001 – but confirms her mum, Roz Wiseman, kept her grounded through the process.
“Mum was like, ‘You need to get back into the real world’,” she added.
She continued: “It was the best thing she could have done for me. I couldn’t have gone from being in a band at 12 to never knowing what a real job was.”
Rochelle recently had the incredible job of covering for Holly Willoughby after she stepped away to film I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! in Australia.
After a roaring success for both parties, the yummy mummies later celebrated their success and documented it with a stunning selfie – which Holly proudly shared with her 4.8 million followers.
Rochelle and Holly, 37, both show off their beaming smiles as they press their faces together in the snap.
The jungle host titled the picture: “Let’s raise a glass to this one… @rochellehumes … you are and continue to be amazing! #girlsnight #christmas x.”
Fans of the gorgeous girls sent kind messages celebrating the pair supporting one another via the comments.
“Awesome ladies,” and “Love this girls what a beautiful natural photo xx” wrote some.
