Katie Piper has shown off her fabulous figure in a stunning photo shared to Instagram.
The yummy mummy to Penelope, one, and Belle, four, looked toned and svelte as she posed on a balcony with a cup of coffee in her hand.
She showcased her washboard stomach in a black, sporty style bikini.
The 35-year-old philanthropist added a lengthy caption – revealing how she keeps her petite frame in shape to her 830,000 followers.
It read: “Every morning has been a black coffee morning on this trip but the beauty has been being able to enjoy the food!
“This time of year people usually pledge to cut out food groups, often vital carbs that we need. I follow @thehealthyhappymumplan that works on the principle of eating in an 8 hour window and not cutting any food groups out.”
She added: “My body is a bit soft in today’s bikini shot as I’ve taken some time off from the gym but the plan has helped to maintain my progress.”
The former Strictly Come Dancing contestant’s holiday snap follows on from her opening up on how her acid attack experience originally stopped her from wanting a baby.
Katie opened up as she spoke to Giovanna Fletcher on the Happy Mum Happy Baby podcast.
Speaking to Tom Fletcher’s wife about her acid attack experience in 2008 – where the model was doused with sulphuric acid by Stefan Sylvestre, under the orders of her ex-boyfriend David Lynch – she admitted the event resulted in her not wanting to have children.
Katie told Giovanna: “Obviously when I was burnt, it kind of changed my view of the world and what happens to women.”
“I had to take rejection drugs when I had the organ donation and you know the side effect is infertility.”
Speaking candidly she said: “At the time I didn’t feel like that was a big issue because I wasn’t sure that I was ever going to have an adult relationship again anyway and then when I decided I did want an adult relationship – it was hard to find someone that wanted one with me!”
