Weight Loss Diet Plan for Hostel Girls or Teenage | Low Budget Diet Plan for Hostellers | Fat to Fab

Hey Guys!!

As promised!! Video is here for Hostel and PG guys weight loss diet plan!!

If you follow this diet regularly than you can easily lose upto 7 KGs in 10 days.

Lets start diet:-

Early morning drink:- Start your day with turmeric Tea.
this tea improve your metabolism, digestive system and remove bloating problem.

Breakfast:-I will give you 4 to 5 options in breakfast, you can choose any option. Green Tea is must with below options.

1. Besan Chilla
2. Two boil egg white
3. Two Idli and sambar
4. Vegetable sandwich
5. One bread toast with one white egg
6. Oats (PCOD and PCOS patient, please ignore Oats)

After two hours of breakfast:-
You can have fruits like, Apple, Guava, Kiwi, Pomegranate seeds.

Lunch:- In lunch I will give you 3 options.
1. Smoothies
2. Chia Seeds pudding
3. Vegetable Salad

Evening Tea:- Green Tea or Green Coffee with some almonds, Makahane, Dates and 2 digestive biscuits.

Dinner:- It should be max 7:00PM… and dinner menu is Pineapple or papaya or one boil egg white.

  1. Same thing happened with me…I went to Kota last year but I gained almost 10-12 kg in a year and it was constantly increasing…but as soon as I came back to my home I started following you and your diet and it have given me results

  2. See your diet plan is very good….
    Full marks to your content but this diet is absolutely incorrect for the students who are staying in hostel or PG…bcoz the main cause for people living in hostel is ofcourse for study…and for studying you require alot of energy mentally as well as physically ….and following this would really make them dull….
    And in hostel you cant get all these options….
    Again Im not offending you but think about what I said..

  3. Di i like almost all of your diets but thid diet was not so much satifactory for me..
    What if we get only one option in all the 4 meals and inspite of starving we have to eat it .. but yes exercise will also b there .. then also we wouldn't b able to loose weight . And in summers , hostellers who dont have fridge facility with them how will they retain all these fruits and vegetables . Pls di m going for hostel next month .. pls tell me what to do . I dont want to gain wait

  4. This is a message from a hostel dweller. Can u plz let me know consuming 20 Pumpkin seeds and one and half tbsp of flax seeds in oats.. might make me feel like vomiting? Or over eating? I feel that after eating for almost upto 2 hours. Shall i have to reduce the dose?
